Quiet, compact, lightweight
This is a great power supply! The first thing I noticed is that it is lighter than other power supplies I have that are roughly the same size. It doesn't seem to have sacrificed durability in the process. It has an aluminum casing. The power supply also has a switch at the end that can change the voltage of one of the outputs. This is a very nice feature! There is also a USB port for charging or to power a light. The power supply includes the required number of cables. There are the cables for each isolated power outputs, an adapter to power the whole thing, extension cord, and a converter cable. So, most needs will be met with this package. The power supply protects from short circuiting. The light indicators for each output will go out if the output has a short circuit. The lights are more ambient than blinding.I found that this power supply fit well on my pedal board. I am only using three pedals with it at the moment, but I will be expanding soon. It's nice to have a lot of outputs. I like the lightweight and quiet lines. It helps reduce noise, and it works well with high gain pedals too. Can't go wrong with this!

Quiets down noisy digital pedals
The box is very well built and should stand up to most any punishment you could reasonably give it. The electrical characteristics are great. I have a couple of digital pedals that just wouldn't play nice with a host of other analog pedals. They produced a lot of noise on the voltage supply and a typical One-Spot style piggy back chain just wouldn't work. It made using the digital pedals a matter of having two or three separate wall warts attached to the pedal board, giving Murphy's law a greater chance of causing failure. This quieted the signal chain down considerably and got me back to a single power supply.I also tried it with a 12v battery pack. I don't have any pedals that make use of the increased voltage output and I wasn't sure if the regulators in the isolation unit would work well with only a 12 volt source instead of the 18 volt wall wart that comes with it. All the outputs seemed to provide enough power to run 8 pedals without issue and no noticeable difference between the battery and the wall wart.

Low quality, can't even handle (3) 9V pedals @100ma and (1) 9V@ 500ma. Don't waste your time!!!
