I did quite a bit of research before I bought this snow rake and I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, it broke when we tried to use it to remove snow from a single large snowfall this winter in upstate New York. It was a waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

The canvas bag it arrived in was the best.. The cardboard box was destroyed and shovel bent along the front edge of the shovel.. There is no hardened steel strip to cut into the snow nor protect it from the concrete.. At least I assume it can be used on the concrete with a very soft aluminum leading edge on the shovel that didn't make it through the season without grinding through.. Maybe a shovel and not a pusher.. at least not on concrete.. The so called scraper with the rounded mild steel plate will need to be sharpened before use if ya want it to scrape and not smash ice..

does its job. a little flimsy, but holds up to northeast snow. great value for price.

Chisel is awesome. Shovel is okay.

Items are of decent quality. And when put to use. Perform Very Well. The packaging however needs improvement. The thin walled tube of the shovel. Came out of round on the edge. And needed some pounding with a soft mallet. To get it back round enough to fit in Shovel's Head. I'd suggest wrapping that tube end with a Protective piece of cardboard. Or hard plastic cap. The shipping cloth bag, was nice. But not really a requirement.
