Windex Outdoor All-In-One Glass and Window Cleaner Tool Starter Kit (Packaging May vary)

I tried using the no scrub Windex product, but it failed to remove the grime. Even a second attempt didn't succeed. At that point, I removed the screens and used this product and the windows are sparkling clean. It takes a little more effort to clean the windows but the results are better and frustration levels lower. Nothing replaces using a little elbow grease for a thorough cleaning. The pad makes the job much easier than old fashioned cleaning and the product rinses off sparkling clean.

These are the best product ever, cuts cleaning time by 90%, no ladders, no paper towels, a hose and the cleaning tool and the windex pads. No streaks, my windows shine. I can clean them every week. Don't get cheaper brands, these are worth every penny.

Bought this on a whim, and glad I did. They are easy to use; can do all my windows and then some, and the pads easily scrub off hard water stains. It is now my goto item for cleaning windows outside.

Makes cleaning outside windows, but the "Reaches up to 11 feet for ladder-free cleaning" part is very misleading. The pole is only about 4ft long, so if you are 6ft tall, and reaching your hand as far as you can above your head, and have the 4ft pole, then yes it is 11ft, but this should really just say "4ft pole".

Windex advertises this product as the perfect solution to clean out-of-reach windows without having to dry, and streak free.I used this exactly as directed on all my windows, and once I went back inside to check them - they were dirtier than I've EVER seen them. Almost looked like they were frosted glass. The only thing this product did for me is move around the dirt on my windows and leave nothing but huge nasty streaks. I am pretty furious as now I have to clean them all over again with normal windex which hopefully will actually work as advertised.Not sure how this product has 4 starts they must all be fake reviews because these cleaning pads are an absolute joke. Give this to someone as a prank gift if you want to watch them ruin their windows.

First off, the product claiming to reach 11 feet, not 100% accurate. If you're 5 foot, good luck. The pole is really only about 4 feet long. That said, it's an ok product. The pole is made out of heavy duty plastic, that doesn't fit all that well together and requires some force to connect. The sections will not come apart, so once it's together, that's it. The head feels a bit flimsy, especially when putting this item together. Be sure to really soak the pad, if you don't see soap bubbles on your windows, it's not wet enough. I did rinse my windows well, but am seeing some streaking. Not sure if that's just extra dirt that didn't come off, or cleaner that either didn't rinse, or was trapped in the flashing and ran out after I rinsed. For the price, it's not a bad product. I don't have to get on my ladder to clean the windows I bought this for.
