Q: Is this semipermanent or permanent color?

It was permanent but when the grays popped in I had to do it again

A pretty long time! I dyed my hair purple in mid-February and except for my roots, it’s still purple!

Hi there! The Garnier Color Sensation -Grape Expectations will cover gray hair. Keep in mind the color result will be more intense on gray. Thank you!

Q: ordered this and now concerned about the cold weather freezin the items? any others have this happen?

Either way this will not put any pink in your hair. It's just bleach that strips your color and doesn't even make it blonde. If it freezes just let it thaw inside a few days before bleaching. Again this will not put any pink whatsoever in your hair.
