It's a rolling pin... It's the right shape and rolls out dough nicely, like a rolling pin should. It does come with a brand stamp on it which then makes an impression on the dough but that comes out during cooking. I also used it to hit my boyfriend with and it knocked him clean out... :) kidding, I spanked him with it! haha

Bought this 20MAR20. It has been used infrequently, since then, probably once a month, once a fortnight, at best.12FEB21; and a large crack has appeared, despite careful handling, cleaning, and storing away.Definately not the hard, heavy, durable wood that they used to make them from, in the UK.Make of it what you will.

I bought this to roll out chapattis, which can be quite delicate. This gives me perfectly round chapatis, as it gives the cook great control.This is the best rolling pin I’ve ever used - I’m nearly 50 and have been cooking and baking since I was eight. This is proving to be an excellent buy and I love it!

We have looked after this as described (not soaked etc) and it has a massive swelling and split. Needs replacing with a nylon one within a month. Shame as it is a lovely thing. It is possible a visitor put it in the sink, once, but I don't think so.

We have a small lawn and a very old mower.The front wooden roller had broken. After taking off the handles the remaining rolling pin does a very good job at the front of the lawn mower. Thank you.

Purchased to replace one that was lost during house move. It is a perfect replacement.

Good product previous one was a glass rolling pin but I dropped it and it smashed very pleased with my purchase.
