I haven't tried this product yet because of the hooks. They won't work with my woodwork. I need to find something else to hook up the net. I was disappointed that instructions was not included. There are two small metal bars that I have no idea what they are for. I like the size of the net. I will adjust my review once I figure out how I can use it.

This is not what I purchased. The pictures of this product in the description are not what you receive. There are absolutely no instructions what so ever & even if they were included, you probably couldn't follow them anyway because they would've probably belonged to a different gate all together. The hooks are completely different, the mesh gate is different as well. Also you are sent 2 small random silver bars that I have no clue where they are supposed to go. What do you use them for? Weapons? Throw them at the dog in a bad attempt to train your dog not to run through this flimsy mesh monstrosity? This ginormous gate might fit the opening to the black hole but it definitely is way too big to fit any doorway in my home. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because we received this package a lot sooner than anticipated, so at least they got something right coming all the way from China.Update: I thought I was going to be able to give this product at least 1 more star because my husband figured out how to put it together and put the 2 metal bars where they belonged. However, once we did get it set up in the area that we wanted it to go, it was so loose that my dogs would be able to fit right underneath the gate. Totally worthless, useless gate! Now we have to find something else to do w/ this thing. We unfortunately bought 2 but ended up giving the other one to our friends/neighbors to try to put to good use.

Don’t waste your money if the place you want to put it is as large as the width it States it will work for you if not it won’t be worth your time or money

I should have listened to the the reviews, does not tighten, two of the sides can not connect to the mounts, there are no loops. Way too big, would not be an issue if I could tighten it. Don’t know where the two bars go, no instructions.no good waste of money

Worthless. Buy two ... Hang them vertcal ... Make a bug screen ... That's about all they could POSSIBLY be good for. That way might actually stop a dog too. No directions. It's small mesh netting origami now ...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! No directions or instructions. Just the mesh, two telascpoing rods and 4 command strip type hooks. The poles are not even long enough. I will have to come up with another solution. This thing is crap. The delivery was early and that is the only positive thing I can say.

Biggest disappointment hooks do not stick. Falling down about once an hour. Animals go right through

Amazon, why do you sell this POS? Extremely disappointed from the moment I received the package 3 weeks after ordering. No instructions, does not shorten to fit a standard doorway as indicated, not bottom weighted which allows small pets to very easily push through it. Not usable at all.... I’ll read the reviews from now on before I order anything.
