I was desperate. My cat would find a way to tip over/slide across the floor/any water bowl I could come up with. So I got this item thinking “good luck with that buddy“When I received it I was impressed with the size of the large bowl – the water bowl – more than one pet is sharing this water bowl. The food bowl however was quite small.So I had another silver bowl (from another failed attempt at getting a “non-tippable bowl” )and that one fit over the hole for the small bowl perfectly!It’s easy to keep clean and the best part? Anything that spills out of either bowl is trapped on the little plastic mat/bowl holders.But the best thing of all! Charlie a.k.a. sir Charles cannot use his huge mitts to drag the bowl across the floor and or tip it anymore! This is one of the best investments for my pets in a long time. I had my doubts but now I am a believer. I have a 62 pound dog and the large ball keeps her and the cat watered sufficiently. My replacement bowl for the other side keeps my dog fed sufficiently. The cat gets fed in the other room. So everything is perfect

I was hoping this would work with my dog, he is a small Havanese, and he likes to drag his dish around and dump out the dog food. Unfortunately, the curled up edges on this mat make it ideal for him to get a hold of, consequently he drags the food and water around the house, spilling the water all over. I am going to have to try something else. The product looks good and will probably be good for some dogs.

Early on I may have written a review about this item ...I thought the one bowl was too small and the other too big..For a large pet it may not work...I recently got a little guy...and as it turns out the sm bowl is perfect for his food and the larger bowl works out ok for his water..so instead of sending it back, I have kept it..its working just fine..and its made practical. No messes..yeah!!!!

I made the mistake of buying the cheapest dish at the pet store. It would get kicked and spilled all the time and the food would make the water icky. This I love - no messes - The stainless still keeps the water cold and we just love it. It is proof you get what you pay for

Husband really enjoys that it can fold up & I enjoy that it has the smaller bowl we can use for the puppy to drink water from so he's not always peeing! Wish it was a little heavier quality , the puppy can pick it up but no big deal!

Great idea, but the food still hits the floor and the rubber part that gathers the water is tricky to pick up and empty without dumping the water.

The bigger one is shown for being for food but it’s way to big. I use it for water and the smaller one for food

This dish is so neat and compact for travel. The rubber holders prevent the bowls from sliding
