Lots of nutrients and tastes great.
I take a HUGE smoothie with me everyday to work. Actually 3 tumblers totaling approx 100 ounces. I have many products, powders, flavors, my cupboards are overflowing and my Vitamix gets a workout. The QWINCH label of ingredients is impressive. I do suffer from vitamin deficiencies so I appreciate the volume and variety of nutrients, QWINCH offers. I have been using the QWINCH for past 3 days and I am feeling increased energy and greater peace of mind. The taste is pleasant. I have been using vanilla protein to compliment the tangerine. some other powders I have are dank, harsh, tangy and too strong.I recommend you review the ingredients label and see for yourself. Advertising says low glycemic. However the product delivered has 8 grams of sugar in a serving.The company contacted me and cleared this up. Therefore I am changing my rating to 4 stars.
