This book has very little information of Barbara O'neill teachings. It just focuses on vit D3 and more on medical industry's controversies.There is no information of natural treatments for diseases.

This book is stupid, don't buy it, from starting to end it tells you about vitamin D3, that's it.

There's no detailed insight into anything. The books keeps repeating the same few lines over and over again. Every chapter makes claims like "I've seen firsthand how this works..." With no information on how it actually works. Bullsh... waste of money.
