Durango Men's Farm and Ranch FR104 Western Boot

I really like these boots. I have two pair - black and brown. Since I have a high instep the right boot was a bit tight on me but I learned my lesson on the first pair and stretched the heck out of it. When first purchased the right boot was painful to wear and after a few hours I had to actually take the boot off for relief. I got some stretching fluid, spayed the inside of the boot and shoved a wad of paper rolled up in a dish towel into the boot. I left this inside for several days then did the same process several times until the boots fit me and I've been wearing them ever since. After well over a year these boots are still wearing well and looking even better with age. The second pair I just started the stretching process immediately and when I try them on they feel just right.These boots are great everyday work shoes and can handle wet weather and keep my feet dry. I would recommend them.February 2015 - Update: Boots are still going strong. I use a clear polish on these instead of a color so that the scuffs and marks will show through to give the boots more character. I have a pair of Black boots in this style and the left leg shaft is a bit smaller than the right - strange - but they also fit and wear well. Over the last few years I have been amazed at how waterproof these are. A few weeks ago I was in the basement of an old building that had 2 or three inches of water and my feet stayed bone dry - can't beat that.

These boots were for my husband. This is his 3rd pair, each pair lasted about 2 years and he is extremely rough on his boots. He wears them to work every day, working on the farm and horseback riding. He services food & beverage equipment where the floors can be greasy or wet and he likes these because of the non slip sole. The out-sole is oil & fuel resistant. The leather holds up to water, mud, manure and everything else he walks through. The only negative thing I can say is that they scuff easy. If you are looking for a pair of work boots these are great, but if you are looking for a pair to stay looking nice, you won't be happy with these.

I have worn this model boot for years but for some reason Durango stopped making them so I searched the internet to get a few extra pairs I do not know what I am going to buy to replace them when I run out of them Sad that Durango stopped making them

I bought these for my husband, he said they were very comfortable. We have not purchased this brand before and he is hard on his boots. We'll just have to see how long they will last him. The price was great and a very nice looking boot.

This is the second pair of Durango boots I've bought. Seems well constructed and the fit is good although a little tight a first. Since wearing them they seem to have loosened up a bit and now are more comfortable.

I previously owned 2-3 pr of boot Fr102 which is no longer available. I have a fused ankle so I can't get most boots on without a zipper in the right boot. I hoped for a similar fit from the Fr 104, but it was/is tighter in the throat and shaft. I had a zipper installed, used some "boot stretch", and they work fine now. I like the look and their

My last pair of Durango boots is so old they are US made! They were really comfortable right out of the box.This new pair is imported, however the quality still seems to be very good. They did take longer to break in than the old US boots, but now they're quite comfortable.I'll come back for more as long as they keep making them.

I can’t give a review because they were bought for my grandsons birthday.I looked them over and really like the quality.Would buy a pair for myself.He really liked them but is yet to wear them.
