Exceeded my expectations!
This ice bath exceeded my expectations! It took me less than 5 minutes to set everything up—the instructions were clear, and assembly was super easy. I love that it has a double-layer design to prevent leaks, and so far, it’s held up perfectly. Filling it up took about 5 minutes, and I didn’t have any issues with leaks. The side pockets are a thoughtful bonus for holding small items like a phone or towel. Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality—it feels durable and well-made. Definitely worth it!

not worth
I'm 6'5” and 250 lbs and I can't stretch. The support bars on the sides bend when filled with water going in

Decent ice bath, a little small for tall people though
Works as it should and holds in water, no issue, other than it can barely fit tall people. Anyone past the 5'8 range, be prepared to sit in a literal bucket. The covering could be better and a little bigger to allow it to fit in, and then tighten it because it is a hassle to get into the cover for transportation. We had to use two people to get it tightened. It transported easily, though. It also comes with a large ice tray, but I just bought bags of ice from somewhere because the ice tray wasn't going to be enough for me. Overall, pretty satisfied and hope to use several times.

Sturdy and roomy
Easy to out together, great length and depth for my 6’1” husband. Great for me as well as I am 5’8” with long legs. Pretty sturdy and folds down flat. Can slide it under surfaces to store or take the pipes out completely and fold it up. My lovely cats decided to parkcore off it a few times and have yet to slice it up.

Wonderful
I got this for "new year, new me" era. I've read about the benefits of ice baths and decided to give them a try. This holds so much ice and more! I am 150 pounds, 5'5" and I fit so well with so much extra room. I believe my 6' man can fit in there as well but we haven't tested that out yet. I live in Texas and we keep this bath outside and buy 4 bags on sonic ice to pour inside every use. So far seems pretty durable, considering it stays outside, I love how it has a cover so cleaning isn't very hard. Good value for money in my opinion

Take Your Health to a New Level!
I recently got this ice plunge bathtub, and I couldn’t be happier with it! If you’ve ever wanted to try ice baths for recovery, this is the perfect solution. The anti-leak design is amazing—I’ve used it multiple times, and not a single drop has spilled. It’s such a relief to know I can enjoy my recovery sessions without any mess. What really stands out is how comfortable it is. Unlike other tubs that leave you feeling cramped, this one has plenty of space, so I can fully immerse myself and actually relax. Setting it up is incredibly easy—just unfold it, fill it with water, and you’re ready to go. When I’m done, it’s lightweight and folds down small, making it super convenient to store or take with me if I’m traveling.Ice baths are such a great way to recover after a tough workout. They help reduce muscle soreness, ease inflammation, and improve circulation, and this tub makes it so simple to get those benefits at home or on the go.The quality is top-notch, too. The materials feel sturdy, and it’s clear that it’s built to last. If you’re thinking about adding ice baths to your routine, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s been a total game-changer for me!

pound for pound the best budget cold plunge
The media could not be loaded. this is maybe the 6 or 7th cold plunge i’ve tried and i can safely say it’s the smartest design for a budget cold plunge.pros:❄️really fast assembly. starting from the box, it took about 5 or 6 minutes to assemble. once built it’s really fast to put together and take down because you just basically fold it into itself❄️ double lining adds protection from punctures and a little bit of extra insulation❄️ really easy to get in and out without a step stool❄️ big enough to comfortably sit (i’m 6ft) and easy to dunk your head❄️ the lining feels much thicker than other models i’ve used❄️ compact design fits in my side yard easily and because it doesn’t need as much water as a stock tank, it’s easier to cool the water down❄️ sturdy frame gives me confidence that it’s not going to tip over❄️ great customer support- i emailed them and got a response quickly with the answers i needed and they sent me an Ebook about cold plunging practices well.❄️ aesthetically looks great.what could be improved:🥶 the ice tray that’s included is basically useless. it won’t make any difference in your water temperature so leaving it out would keep the costs down🥶 the cover is great but i would have loved if it had a little bit of insulation.🥶 i’m not sure if the pockets on the side are really that useful. it’s marketed as a place to put your phone but i would never trust putting my phone in the splash zone and i’m not sure what other function people would realistically use it for. keeping this out would keep costs down.🥶 the water filled cushion; it’s great to have and i like using it but i’d like to have some straps or something on it so it can be hooked to the frame.i really hope this company designs a mid range price point version because i know it would be well thought out and a true home run. something that isn’t designed to travel with and is fully insulated.so unless theres another company that can make a more insulated portable cold plunge at the sub 100 price point, this design takes the gold medal for the pop up style plunge.
