Nice quality, real tourmaline that stays hot. I have tried a lot of heating pads that all had problems. I would highly recommend this one!

Great gift for someone with back issues. The manual says that since it's infrared technology it takes longer to heat up but remains warm for a longer time which seems true to me. The pebbles feel good and the temperature is pretty warm but not actually fire hot. It does helps relief some back pain and material it's a fake leather which seems fine, hope it last. I tested it it by laying on top of it warming only for 20 minutes and after almost 40 minutes it still was pretty warm, I guess a mixture of the technology and my very own body heat. Item is best for big people, it does not properly wraps around skinny people. And basically the only thing I wish it offered was a little bit of actual back support... something to press a little tighter on the back but I guess there are different products for that.

Its well made, but it's not that hot, and you should take into account that it's pretty rigid so keeping close to skin uniformly will require it being very tight

This is the absolute best heating pad I’ve ever used. I’ve bought this before and I use it several times a day. The only problem is I have to replace it every 3-4 months. It’s worth it though!!! I’ve been asked before if the stones actually turn red. No, it doesn’t.

It fits well and is comfortable with the extender that came with it. I wish the "power supply" was a bit more robust, needed recharging after one use ( 2 or 3 heat cycles of 30 min each). I do have one that is more robust and it does work with the belt, although it is very snug in the pocket with the usb connector. The messager is very effective as well, but I use it sparingly. I have arthritis in the spine & a pinched nerve down my leg. I cannot use most pain relievers, so this is a treasure! It is very easy to use & definitely relieves the pain. I would recommend it to family and friends and purchase again if ever needed a new one!

First off the heat elements (2) are only a few inches square so it only heats a small spot which makes it useless. Second the elements are so large if you tried to sit with this on they would push on your back making it uncomfortable. Last is so stiff in the back that it could double as a weight lifting belt but obviously my back is messed up enough already. I hoped to love this belt until it showed up at my door.

This works fine but the battery takes a LONG time to recharge and the charge does not last terribly long. It is a reasonable length for 1 heat treatment but not long compared to the recharging time.

It works amazing on keep my back loose. On high it gets almost to hot but when working out side it helps keep you warm. The vibration is a bit noisy but helps alot. The battery lasts alot longer when I don't use the vibration. I can go almost all day just using just the heater. I have worn a back brace for many yrs and when I still need extra support I just ware it over top as long as I turn it on before putting on my back brace.
