S.T.R.I.P.E.is awesome especially if you are trying to collect the Seven Soldiers of Victory. The Seven Soldiers of Victory were featured in the JLU Episode Patriot Act. It was a great tribute to them even though Crimson Avenger wasn't in it very long.

Only reason I like this toy is that I love the character
The figure's articulation is atrocious, but I expect that from every figure in the DC Universe line: they're cheap plastic but durable for young children. I get it. If you don't like the character or you aren't a diehard collector, look elsewhere.
