Happy trails.
This has proven to be a very respectable road machine. I have logged over 100 actual road miles cruising from home to office and a good many more cruising the neighborhood. Works beautifully.Takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge as they indicated. What wasn't mentioned in the add copy is that this model has 2 charging ports, not just one, and comes with 2 chargers. Not sure if you can charge with just one, but I suspect the dual charges is just to double the current and reduce over-all time.Another thing that impressed me was that it really does do regenerative braking. You can see the battery jump up on long descents on steep hills. Squeeze the brakes lightly, and you get purely regenerative braking. Squeeze heavily and you also get friction braking with the disk brakes. Don't be surprised though when regenerative braking gives you a hard jolt when you try to slow down at speed. It taps more energy than you might expect. It was also interesting to see that it kind of has traction control. It's kind of an anti-burn out feature when accelerating hard. I found that it pulses the motors, but if it doesn't see both wheels spin at the same rate, it eases up. You will notice this when skipping over curbs. The power will spontaneously diminish, and then restore itself because of the uneven spin as one tire, and then the over climbs over.As a large 250+ lb adult, I was blown away to see it accelerate to 25 mph going up a really steep hill with both motors on. Wow! And yes, it flies like a demon on flat ground. Cars don't expect you to accelerate out of the intersection so quickly. Give them some reaction time. Bear in mind that tiny little tires don't produce the same rotational inertia (stability) that big bike tires do. That both makes it impressively agile, and downright dangerous to turn suddenly at speed. It will go --- you won't. At first, long distances will be a little exhausting because you will be surprised how much force is needed from your arms and legs to stick tight.Yes, the battery range seems on the order of what they describe. My office run is over 18 miles through a number of steep hills and valleys. It has to work hard, yet I'm am getting there with 1/2 battery each way. I do charge at the office so I don't run it flat. If one assumes 1/2 battery for 18 miles, then a whole battery is about 36 miles - with many hills. I think the claimed 56 miles (flat) is probably more or less accurate.Has motorcycle style turn flashes and brake lights. My only complaint is that they are not visible from the front, so you might still have to hand signal. If you are an adult, I strongly recommend the seat that is linked from one of the seller questions. It bolts to the platform easily. I added a 1.25" width dowel section, about 6 inches long in the tube stand to lock the seat height. Under my weight, the clamp always slid no matter how tight it was. You will appreciate lowering your center of mass, and the seat is very comfortable. Enough to do some miles. In all, I love this thing. It's the electric "motorcycle" that I never knew I needed until I started cruising with it. Then I miss it on the rainy days. On sunny days, there's nothing better.

Dead after a single day of use.
I bought this expecting to be great and a substitute for the more expensive VARLA EAGLE.... Well I was overall happy with it right out of the box, aside from it's massive weight it did what it was supposed to.... got home charged the batteries and the next morning it just stopped working after just a few blocks.... may be something simple to solve? it might.... but with a non existent manual or any info on how to troubleshoot it the scooter just became useless.....

A well made scooter.
This is a very nice well-made scooter. Beefy and structurally sound. The standing platform is perfect for my regular surfer stance. The suspension is good, unlike the scooter that is sold in Costco which I had to return because it is underpowered and no suspension. It absorbs the bumps that is ever present in our neighborhood road and the few that is in the bike path by the highway. And the power-wow!. Pressing the dual mode gives it a kick. It can climb the hills easily on this mode. As one of the few lucky ones they gave me a free seat that also looks nice. My only gripe is the double front light. It is pointing up. I had to bend the bracket to point it down in the right downward direction. Highly recommended.Mode # 2 scoots me around 26 mph. At this speed I am wearing protective gears. I plan to wear motorcycle helmet for the higher gear. Will update...

Excellent e-scooter when it works, but great customer service.
What a fun scooter when things work. Very fast with plenty of power to climb large hills and acceleration. The suspension really helps with all terrains.Scooter came with wrong default cut off voltage (31.5) from factory, which may have caused the defective battery. (-1 star)Cassie from customer stepped up and shipped me a new battery the following week with video instructions which showed me where to prey open the sealed lid. Thank you Cassie. After battery replacement, I'm getting 30 miles per charge in mode 2, dual motor, in mixed riding (Hills, gravel, grass, and etc.). Just remember to set low battery cut off to 52V.

50/50 only 30 day warranty!
I bought two of these one was great and still working fine after 9 months the second one stopped working after 3 months and you only have a 30 day warranty! They are fast have good suspension and look real cool but that is a lot of money to not have at least a year warranty on them so you are taking a chance. I have the second one in the shop and hopefully they will at least sell me the parts at cost to get it fixed.

not bad for the money
After a month of riding ther is some cons, and pros.- whith 2 motors on, very fast, a specially for the city with kick ass acceleration2 motor 45m/h top speed, didn't risk to go faster- 2 motors drain power very fast.- shoks feels rigid. for off road shoud be much smoother. keep tightenig some skrews, being shaken loose- have removed central panel ( totally useless) boght odometers showing speed in Km/h

Hope it doesn't shock/Zapp you like mine did while plugging it in to charge.
Slow on acceleration, but a great top end. The cruise control can be a bit much, but nothing to worry about if you tap the throttle. The rear breaks became like a sponge after a week. TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS! Also, don't ket electrocuted while charging.

Ohhh yeah!
This purchase was for my husband, 6 foot, 250 lbs. He researched scooters and decided on this one for his size and for its speed, he has gone up to 40 mph and thinks it will go faster. He is in love with it. Handles his weight up and down hills, rides on gravel, grass and roads with ease. Has good shocks and brakes. He added a seat (additional purchase). This scooter is on the heavier side, very heavy duty. Many compliments from on lookers. This scooter has all the features you’d need. Had a minor issue with an error reading and seller responded quickly and was able to send replacement part instead of having to send the scooter back. So far, couldn’t be happier.
