Good packaging. Terminal adapters included
Bought two of these for an APC Smart UPS C1000. They have the correct dimensions and Neptune included terminal adapters. Been running in my UPS for almost a month now with no problems. Assuming they last as long as the ones APC supplied, a good deal. About 1/3 the price. I don't think there's anything special about the originals. Peeling off the APC stickers revealed that they are just typical SLA batteries from one of the various manufacturers in Vietnam. The originals lasted about 4 yearsSome details that I think other shoppers will find useful to know:- These batteries are also made in Vietnam -- says so on the box. But according to their website, Neptune is based in Miami and has a hand in their engineering and quality assurance- Each battery was in a Neptune cardboard box of decent thickness- Both batteries were shipped in a padded FedEx envelope in such a way that they were bound together as opposed to bumping into each other inside a big box. Combined with the individual cardboard boxes, they seemed well protected from being damaged during shipping- Terminal adapters were included ... and required for my APC. Very thoughtful, Neptune. Thank you. From what I can tell, the smaller terminals make the batteries significantly cheaper. I had to use needle-nose pliers to carefully open them up just a tiny bit to slip them on and get them started. Then used a small hammer to gently tap them all the way over the terminals- Batteries were fully charged. Assuming that someone or some thing checked them after charging, I would think that this almost guaranteed that I wouldn't get bad batteriesAfter reading many reviews, I was wary of buying SLA batteries online. With SLA batteries, I suppose there's no guarantee that you won't get a bad one every now and then no matter who you get them from. But Neptune appears to be a cut above the gazillion other vendors out there. For me the packaging, including the terminal adapters and the Neptune silk-screening(?) on the batteries won me over. When I need more batteries, I'll be looking to them first ... provided the ones I just purchased last at least three years

Exact fit
Got this for a Verizon Fios battery back up. It was a exact fit and simple to remove the old and replace with this battery. As far as longevity we will see.

Great replacement, shorter life
Perfect replacement for Verizon Fontier Fios. Originally provided battery from Verizon lasted more than 10 years. This one lasted exactly 3 years. You decide.

Died in 18 months
I bought this for my Verizon internet backup module. I purchased in May 2021 and it just died (11/27/2022). I expected more than 18 months of use for the money. I'll be trying another brand.

Great price but not suitable for ride-on toys
I got a total of 4 of these. Two for an UPS with failing cells and 2 for my son's ride-on toy. The ones in the UPS are performing fine. The ones on the toy not so much. The company was super understanding and sent me replacements for the ones that failed but I think it's a combination of operator error (overheating when soldering on the wiring harness) and the cells not being able to withstand the vibration that this little cart generates. The first set lasted about two weeks before at least one internal cell shorted/failed (dropped from 12.6 volts to 11.0). I replaced that one and the 2nd battery had the same problem a week later.Update.....the set in the ups finally just died (Nov 2021) Almost exactly the 2-year mark. APC ups throwing error. Checked the cells....one was barely at 12, the other nearly 13 volts.....but would immediately fail a load test.
