Do Not Buy, not even strong enough to withstand 7 and 8 year old shots
bought two of these for my u9 team. After just 2 practices the tops of each have snapped, thus rendering the product useless since the top grooves are what hold the top of the dummy. this product should be made of metal, not plastic. I am extremely disappointed.

Great product
Height is 4' 8" but can be adjusted which I like. Great for training and keeps the kids entertained and working on their skill. I bought the soccer tennis net they sell that slips over the pole to play high or low soccer tennis. A lot of things you can do with this item. I ordered 4. Requires 2 poles to play soccer tennis or use the slip on 3x6 goal net.

Broke 3 of 4 first outing
First 3 shots broke 3 of 4. 1 the top groove snapped. The other two shattered mid shaft. Buy as a running obstacle ONLY and do not shoot at them. Complete garbage.
