WOW!! I Actually fell asleep.
I needed a supplement to help me get to sleep naturally and was wary about taking a synthetic sleep aid. I like the Ayurveda concept of Uplift and found reading about Medhya Rasayanas very interesting. Now back to the review and after using 1 capsule per day I found I have a very relaxed and uninterrupted sleep.
