Kitchen Digital Food Scale. and Multifunctional. For Storage - Can Hang On Wall Or Use Pull Out Stand At Rear

The reviews were flattering enough .... I bought the product. Was delivered in a timely fashion. Product was well packaged.I work in a Pharmacy where Weight is crucial. I used these weights to test this product and found it lacking. Another issue was thetemp. and humidity readings. No matter where I placed this scale .... in kitchen, outside, in fridge .... the scale showed the same reading.I even changed batteries. Still, the same reading. I sent product back.

I have had this scale for a while, I cook a lot and use European cookery books that require metric as well as imperial scales so thought this would be a good option however it turns itself off after 30 seconds - SO ANNOYING! I would not recommend nor buy again, it disrupts my flow to have to keep turning it on and god forbid you end up hitting the timer by mistake as there is no way I can see to cancel it unless you wait out the timer - it is not easy to use, it has too many functions and the turning itself off business is just a pain in the neck/behind/wherever. I need new scales - anyone have any recommendations?

I wanted to love this scale because it had everything I wanted: a timer, a clock, and the scale part. Well, the most important part - the scale part - is horrible because it shuts off after 30 seconds and goes back to the clock. The accuracy is also atrocious! I was measuring 150 grams of something but when I would move the cup just half an inch away the scale would go from 120 to 97g. There is no repeatability in measurements and then on top of that it'll just shut off on you.

I bought it as a surprise to my wife and now I'm the hero! She always wanted a kitchen scale like this and now she is trilled. Simple, sleek and looks great in our kitchen. Easy to read and easy to change modes. She has been using almost everyday since it arrived. Performs exactly as described and all I had to do is open the mailing package and turn it on!

Did not weigh accurately. By the time I figured it was off by 3 oz, it was too late to return. I compared to two other scales, which consistently matched each other while this one never matched the other two.

Product was delivered on time. The unit is exactly as described. It functions well, sleek, easy to clean. Highly recommend.

It is lightweight and manageable making it a very easily handled scale that you can easily move around your kitchen.I found the instruction video at the Oskaware website very helpful.When I put the battery in, as well as discovering I could very easily read the display, the interesting multi-purpose functions were revealed to me. It has a 24 hour clock, a timer and it tells you the temperature and humidity. You can even hang your scale on the wall for its function as a 24hr clock when it is not being used in food preparations.As the owner of a big collection of recipe books, another huge bonus for me personally, was the discovery that I could weigh my ingredients in the pounds and ounces OR in the kilos and grams; however that recipe in my book was written, with no need for fussy maths in the middle of a project.I am thrilled to discover [I checked a few weights, to be in no doubt :)] that the Oskaware digital kitchen scale’s software capability enables me to have the complete confidence in the scale’s actual ability to be able weigh everything correctly.Lastly for me, [which makes it perfect], it is very easy to wipe clean, so useful when your young children [or grandchildren] are your “treasured team-mates” in a cooking or baking session.
