Orvis Lab In The Woods Snow Globe

I purchased this as a gift for friends who have 2 yellow labs and who also live in baseball's "Cardinal Nation."The quality of the figures inside the globe and the beauty of the birch trees with falling snow is superb. The silver base and the quote on the base all lend to the quality of the product. It will be appreciated and loved by the recipients!

The snow globe is very pretty, however; I wish that the globe was bigger. The price is a litte outrageous for the size but other than that the quality of the globe is great.

I purchased this for my God Daughter who has a blonde lab. The globe itself is stunning. There was so little black ink on the script that you could not read the inscription!. ORVIS was quick to respond to my concern and even faster to credit my account. I did appreciate their service and hope the receiver of the gift can still enjoy it as it is now unavailable.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she just absolutely loved it. It's a good size globe (not too small like some others I've seen). The price was great and it looks to be very good quality. Can not complain, it shipped with plenty of time for Christmas and was well packaged as not to damage the glass. I highly recommend and will search their stock for future purchases.

The base on ours was all scuffed up, and when I turned it over the silver covering was wrinkled and papery. The globe itself is quite beautiful, but the quality of the base makes it look cheap. I had sent it to my daughter as a gift so had not had a chance to inspect it first so I was embarassed on Christmas Day when she opened it and the quality was so bad.

We have had labs as pets for decades in our family, and I have recently come to appreciate the beauty of Cardinals. Imagine how pleased I was to find this very well-made snow globe where they both stand out so clearly and simply. It base is metal and for such a great price. I couldn't be happier with it.

I have lots of snow globes, but this is by far one of the better ones I own. It seems well made with plenty of white snow within the globe. A keeper.
