Ultrafit: Challenging Workouts, Amazing Results
If you're an already fit woman (or man - the instructor is very pretty!) looking for a new dynamic workout, especially to develop core strength, this book is fantastic. I dont normally bother with writing reviews but this book deserves a good one. It's hard to find books aimed at those who already have a good degree of ability/fitness and body awareness. Whitmarsh offers a clear no nonsense approach with just the right amount of tips to maintain safe practice. I am a yoga teacher and have found that her creative and very hard exercises are giving me extra strength/confidence esecially to tackle advanced arm balances with greater ease. Well done Cindy!

Best Fitness book I've ever bought!
I've been working out for over 20 years and it is sometimes pretty tough to keep coming up with new stuff to do in the gym. I've used personal trainers and bought numerous fitness books over the years in my quest to keep making progress. This is without a doubt the best fitness book I've ever bought. Really good workouts sensible progression and most importantly easy to do in the gym. Too many other fitness books have you going back and forth to the same bits of equipment which just isn't practical in a busy gym. Cindy's workouts are sensibly organised and I am seeing great results - Really worth getting this book if you have been working out regularly over a period of time. I'm so impressed I've bought her other book 101 ways with weights too! Ultrafit: Challenging Workouts, Amazing Results

Really works
This lady is a true inspiration to anyone wanting to achieve and maintain a healthy body and diet. The work outs are easy to do and the results are quick but you need to be focused on your goal. Would definately recommend any of Cindy's books.
