Black Opal Finishing Powder All Shades (Deep)

The feeling you get when you find a powder in your shade, finish and coverage you desire is awesome! I have used Black Opal’s deluxe finishing powder and I think that’s best used on foundation. This velvet powder has a better coverage, is buildable and the perfect shade and undertone for me. Very pleased with my purchase.
