They fit very well and they work well to help my moderate hearing loss.Charging case works well though it is a little large. It will support four charges.I like the app to adjust the volume, tone (brighter/deeper) and modes (default, restaurant, etc). Doesn't seem to be much difference in modes but the tone adjust works well.Bluetooth link is nice as phone calls and music can come thru the earpieces.Not prescription grade but well worth the price. Unsatisfied with less expensive models I had bought for my mother.

I've worn hearing aids for 10 years. Without them I can hear spoken words in very quiet places, but really bad in any noise, like restaurant, social gatherings, etc. I've tried many different brands over the years, and none were much help in noise until these from Elehear.For me, being able to talk with other people, to hear and be heard correctly, is PRICELESS.Unlike most others, these detect and adjust automatically very well to what they hear, so I rarely need to touch them. (Yes, you can adjust them yourself, too.)I'm an old engineer (MIT) and I'm picky about details like build quality, battery life, wearing comfort, etc. These get 5 stars from me on all those, but the noise blocking is why I kept them.A final hint: even great hearing aids will be mediocre if they do not fit you well or if you do not wear them correctly. Elehear provides a free discussion with a real audiologist who can help you if you are not amazed with them. The one I talked with was actually wearing these daily as her preferred hearing aids!

============Update April 24The receiver tube was the #2 but was uncomfortable for me. I emailed support and they replied promptly and sent out the longer #3 which arrived a few days later. Very good service.Speech sounds fine, but a pure tone, like the microwave beeping or a note from a piano, is distorted. What seems to be happening is that a fraction of a second after the tone begins to sound there is a distorted echo of the tone.This means that listening to most music, either live or through speakers, is useless. The hearing aid can be connected via bluetooth to my cellphone or computer and music played from them. That sounds fine.If I were more of a music lover I would return the hearing aids, but as it is, I am just changing the rating from 5 stars to 4.I have always had a hard time with the tinny sound of my cell phone but when playing a call through the hearing aid I can hear every nuance of the caller’s speech.============Original ReviewThe app connected well and stayed connected allowing precise control of each function.Volume: from 0 to ear-splitting. very preciseNoise control: it got rid of some of the noise in the supermarket but did nothing for the car’s engine and road noise. The supermarket fix included a narrowing of the audio bandwidth, and was good enough so that I did not have to turn the aids off, or remove them from my ears to end the unpleasantness that I usually undergo in supermarkets if I try to wear a hearing aid.Feedback: almost none. a rarely occurring sound for a second or less.Rear sound diminishment: this does nothing to speak of. If the volume is set very high, there are a few nulls as I turn from facing a motor noise. The nulls are scattershot and not very deep. At normal volume I can hear no difference.It was easy to get to the page to download a recent update.Making and receiving calls over the cellphone piped them through the hearing aid and the person on the other end could hear me clearly even though I was speaking at the air.The remote phone thing worked. I left the phone near my wife and got out of earshot but could hear her and she could hear me.These aids are 4.75 grams vs 4 grams for the ones I have been wearing for the past year. They feel just as comfortable as the previous aids. I have no problem putting on and taking off my glasses.As I continue to use these I may find better settings for tuning them and will update the review.

First off these arent like your typical set of hearing aids. You need to adjust to these hearing aids and wear them for about 3 weeks, espeacially if you have never worn hearing aids before. That being said, it only took me a short time to adjust to mine. These hearing aids fit me just fine and they have connected to my computer, steam deck, and android phone perfectly fine. The battery life is incredible, the music streaming sounds very nice, and I have worn these litterally every day since buying them back in october of 2024. A huge feature that these have is the abillity to hear your surroundings while also listening to music or watching a video. You can also mute your surroundings and listen to content without being disturbed by a loud environment. Another feature is that if anything extremely loud happens around you (like a firework bang or a door slamming) the hearing aids will block the noise without having the noise cancellation activated. The only flaw that I can say that these have is that the noise cancellation feature sounds kinda odd. It does its job but it makes you kinda feel like your in a hallway talking to somone and you can hear your own voice bouncing off the walls. At any rate, you cannot beat the price point these have with the ammount of features they bring to the table. Absolutely worth trying these out if you have hearing loss.

They have been attentive and have followed up with me as they work on the issue I had.I am looking forward to continue using the Beyond hearing aids, I am a classical music fan who loves listening to music with my Beyond aids.The hearing part works well but for me it's also about tbe music and that's where these aids really shine.Great sound quality but they are absolutely NOT RELIABLE. I have bought 2 of these and each set has had one of the aids fail completely in less than 3 weeks. Their "customer service" is not very responsive. I suggest to anybody reading this review: DO NOT BUY
