Caffe RomaRoyale Coffee Beans (6kg)

It arrived much quicker than expected, I guess because I had to pay for the P & P. The taste is fantastic and I am very impressed with it and so is my wife. I have been buying many types of coffee beans before but I think I will settle on this one in the future. It is, I believe, a good value for money.

I bought this having seen the favourable reviews on Amazon and also because of its reasonable price.However, on arrival and opening the first bag, I was very disappointed.These are the most oily beans I have ever experienced and totally unsuitable for my Jura bean to cup machine as the oil will quickly generate an "ERROR 8" message on the machine i.e. the grinder and brewing unit is gummed up.I did grind some of the beans and tried them in a cafetiere, but generally found the taste bitter and rather ordinary.

If is medium coffee beans,why is very oiled??Good taste

Excellent coffee - good rich and smooth flavour and aroma - use with quality grinder to correct fineness to suit type of brew technique.

Since buying a bean to cup coffee machine I have tried several different coffee beans and keep reverting back to Caffe Roma. The smell is almost enough to warrant the purchase but the strong flavour and delicious after taste proves this to be my favourite.Be warned though, I now have several friends calling round for coffee!

Good value, my husband found it slightly bitter at first but soon got used to it.

I have already commented on my first single Kg pack of this coffee and, believe it or not, my views on the 4Kg pack are no different. It's great tasting coffee with no nasty aftertaste and the only time I don't use it is when someone demands a caffeinated coffee.
