Still reading the book but so far really good for what I need

This is the essential learning, practice and reference book for all those interested in Energy Medicine. Donna Eden has done a great deal to develop the subject and has written the book in easy understandable way. The book is very practical and is built on Donna's own learning and health experience. It will equally suit those who have tried conventional medicine and are looking for a different approach with regard to their condition or healers and therapists looking to learn the subject methods and techniques. It's a good introduction to the concept of Meridians, Chakras and the foundations of Eastern healing methods and ideas. It's a book that you may need to read several times or keep as a constant reference.

This book is incredible. I knew as soon as I started reading it that I had found something amazing. I have been sharing what I’m learning with others and they can see, almost immediately, how calming the routines are on their bodies. Everyone needs to buy this book.

Being interested in Energy Medicine, my attention had been brought to Donna Eden on a Webinar and I was really intregued , hence the follow up with this gem of a book. I am about one third through the book and am absolutely rivited!!!!! Well written, with detailed sketches for movements . Love it, love it and love it so far.....the rest is not going to be disappointing and the book is really informative about Energy Healing with a good read of over 350 pages!!!!!

The book was used but as described which is what we hope for.A totally excellent book for those interested in alternative ways to support their own health

I am very happy with this book. It is in excellent condition, just like new! It was recommended by a friend.

It has taught me a big lesson never to order second books again! It most certainly was second hand and I am so disappointed! The book had several pages that had been hi lighted with felt pen! A big let down. It will cost me more money to send back! Great!
