Concept is there if it conforms to your vehicle's car interior
It all boils down to your specific car interior design with your steering wheel and seat gaps. With the ipad/keyboard and this specific coffee flask (possibly less than 3lbs for both) the table can stay in 90 degrees. But once you start typing or resting your hand on the keyboard, this dips and goes beyond 90 degrees. And with a little bit of force, it feels that I might break it. As far as placing it in between the seat. It does fit. However, it does obstruct the seatbelt. I would have to place the seat belt first before applying it in place. It still holds those 2 items quite well. This could be better with an improved design. It may suffice for my specific situation for the time being.

Perfect fit for my vehicle. Love how it will also fit into the gap of my seat to hold other items when not in use.

A steering wheel portable table that didn’t live up to expectations.
I purchased this 3 in 1 steering wheel table and gap fillers for my new car. Many times my wife and I eat in the car and I thought it would be a good idea to buy this table for that purpose. The description indicated that it fits most round steering wheels but it doesn’t really fit my steering wheel properly. It seems like my steering wheel is too wide and the fit is awkward. They should have made it with hinges so you could adjust and lock it in place. I can still use it but it’s just not as stable as it should be. The description also indicated that I would receive gap fillers with storage for my seats, unfortunately, they were not included. Hence, the reasons for only 2 stars.

Liked the fact that it operates as a gap filler
I like the sturdiness of this tray. Unfortunately, it does not fit on my steering wheel (2018 RAV4). It does store nicely in one of my seat gaps, and settles well in the passenger side of the car while I drive. I do not find the grooves useful, they just don't sit where I work while I am waiting for a carpool. But the top handles items well and will remain in my car for the foreseeable future.
