Great bulk supply of soy sauce. Great flavor. Needs to be refrigerated after opening. Lid seals well and came with a safety seal intact.

We use soy sauce in all kinds of dishes (not just the usuals), and this sauce did not fail to work well in any of them. The large bottle would've been slightly problematic, but the fact that they used a rectangular shape meant it was easy to stash in the back of the fridge.

This is some really yummy soy sauce. I love how much soy sauce comes in the bottle, it is such a good value. Personally, I always get these big gallons of soy sauce because it is just more efficient. I then pour soy sauce in a smaller bottle that I use in cooking. I love making stir fries and beef and broccoli, and this soy sauce is perfect and delicious for that. Also, sometimes the take out places I go to run out of soy sauce so having this big ol’ jug of soy sauce comes in handy so often.

Our family are big fans of ramen and the marinated eggs that go in them. This sauce tastes AMAZING for both uses (among a million others). Great price for the size as well.

The smell is delicious, of the best chinese foods.Installation/setup: Use in your recipes as soy sauce.Final thoughts: Absolutely delicious soy sauce. I could almost drink it in a glass. I used this in my cocktails and in my stir fry. We also put it in a bottle for use at the table. This is enough to last us quite a while, we eat a lot of chinese food made at home, but even then it should last for months. Item came with the seal broken and taken off - clearly unacceptable for food product. I tied returning it but I am told food items are non-refundable…. Not sure what to do at this point- item was not cheap.

I use Tamari as a dipping sauce, base in marinades, and mix it sometimes 50/50 with soy sauce to make it have a more umami, sweet richness and cut down on the saltiness.
