Great Advice for Health and Fitness - Tailor Make your own Diet and Exercise Plans
this is remarkable publication that makes a great deal of common sense, i purchased it after having committed myself to a paul chek fitness program (organised specifically for my condition by one of his trainers)great advice like: gluten will probably inflame your joints, organic red meat is not bad for you but processed food is !the only advice i didn't like was that eating roasted nuts means you are eating stale oils that probably release free radicals thus effectively making you age quicker - who needs that ?the best thing about this book, and the way that paul chek thinks, is that it allows you to chose a diet and an exercise regime that suits you holistically, in other words you do not end up with a 'one size fits all' solution - you create one that specifically tailored to your needs

Worth to spend on Healt
This book is very easy to understand, and it is a very helpful book to start to understand how a human being is functioning.Great exercises and plenty of pictures inside.That’s one of the book that actually worth the money to spend.I bought this book after watching almost all of his YouTube videos, but it was good and I wouldn’t sell it for sure.Of course I had plenty of knowledge around this topic but this book summarised it, made the link between things.Thanks 😊 🙏

Life Changing
I knew of Chek from working in the fitness industry, but this book proved to be more life changing than anything I did on the gym floor. I had suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and distension and a host of other digestive disorders for over ten years. I'd frequently visited my doctor and hospital without any success. It only took TWO DAYS of eating the right food to completely remove the distension and ONE WEEK to cure ALL of my problematic symptoms - and that was only the first few chapters of the book. I've since recommended this book to everyone and bang on about it endlessly. For me, it has been completely life changing.

A must read
If you are 20 or 55 , this is a easy read book that really demonstrates clealy what is good for us and bad. We all know microwaves are bad but as an example it goes into depth and I have thrown my microwave out.It also has tests and questionaires and you can re do them after a few months to see if you improve. One of the best books I have read.

À book that opens up alternative and naturel ways to stay on top form .
I bought this book after a PGA seminar given by à Chek coach .No regrets at all it gives all the information necessary to live à more healthy lifestyle , no impossible diets or bone crunching machine exercises .Be honest when you complete the questionare and you will be guided to your group lifesyle ,then your 4 day menu and finally to the exercices which includes simple mouvments with à Swiss ball including stretching.The only thing I found disturbing is that there seems to be so much food now that is proccesed , plastic or full of additives it could cause à lot of people to panic and not eat anything at all.Vive la BIO.

One of, if not, the best book on health!
If you do not get the basics that are laid out in this book right, then nothing will really get you healthy.I have personally recommended this book to hundreds of people (in person), and to thousands over the Internet and on my website(s).I also recommend Paul Chek's other ebook entitled The Last Doctors to be used alongside this book.Remember: The more you love yourself, the more willing you are to look after yourself!

A must read
Probably the only health and fitness book out there that will get you the long lasting results you are looking for.Paul Chek is an amazing man and his work has helped me grow into what is true health and fitness.

Best book of its type by a county mile!!
Paul Chek is the boss when it comes to whole body fitness and wellbeing - Highly recommended. Refreshingly he is not trying to flog you any supplements, or branded gym equipment. This book is ram-packed with wise advice on all aspects of fitness and health. buy it now and read it cover to cover :)
