16" Dominant Dog Collar

I am commenting purely on the sizing found both on the product information and the video. I measured my dog 20 times as I feared I was holding the string much too tight as it was almost choking him and each time I measured above a 15. Usually 15.5 to 16 inches. So I bought a 16. Fearing it would be too tight but instead it is a size too big and too loose and I have to now buy another, a size 15. I am buying a 2nd instead of returning in case the 15 inch is too tight or in case I can use the 16 inch some how. I am attempting to owner train my dog to be my service dog and so would rather have too many tools then too few. But just be careful with this and I agree with other posters, get a size under the measurement. At least for my pitbull.I will update with how the product works later.

I purchased this collar as a backup collar for my dog when he's wearing his prong collar. After wearing this collar for less than a week, and scratching as dogs usually do, the collar was all snagged up. It was never going to last for long. The hardware was great quality, but the braided nylon (?) cording was very poor quality. I returned it and opted to use a standard choke chain as my dog's backup collar.
