MTN OPS Slumber Deep Sleep Aid & Muscle Recovery Supplement - 30 Servings, Sleepy Chai

I bought this a while ago because I train Brazilian jiu jitsu in the evenings 3 nights a week. Part of the problem I was having was that I would get home from sparring around 845 at night and then lay awake until well into the night before the adrenaline would simmer down enough to let me go to sleep. I decided to give Slumber a try since I had seen it advertised on their Instagram. It was like night and day difference for me when I took it after a hard training session. I would get home, shower, wash my gi, and while I waited for it to finish washing before I hung it up to dry, I would make a cup of Slumber. By the time I would take my gi out of the laundry, I would feel ready for bed and as soon as my head would hit the pillow I was out. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and ready to go get after it some more. I like to mix mine with almond milk in a small blender. I've noticed that it doesnt mix as well if you just use a shaker bottle. I've taken it cold right out of the blender or heated up in the microwave and it tastes great both ways. If you need something to help you reach some quality sleep, especially if you train in the evenings, slumber is a great solution for you.

I love the taste. I’m not really a chai tea fan but this tastes fantastic. The effects? Well . . . It has not been the silver bullet I was hoping for. I have noticed no difference at all in the quantity or quality of my sleep, unfortunately. I will supplement this review if things change by the end of the bag.

As a paramedic I've struggled with resetting my sleep schedule or not getting enough sleep in the time I have. This stuff kicks in within 30 min and I will sleep SO hard! If you take it too late you will feel a little groggy in the morning. I typically take mine around 9:30/10 and wake up around 5-5:30 and feel great. Typically sleep aids give me weird dreams and have not experienced any with this product yet. Very impressed!

I truly love drinking this each night. I can't say it knocks me out, but it does relax me and I sleep better taking this than not taking it. Now my coworker says it knocks her right out within 20 minutes. Really? I have just started adding a touch of instant hot cocoa to the mix...nice.

I’m leaving a review as I come back to this page for my second purchase of the Sleepy Chai formula. I have a high tolerance to sleep medication of all varieties and while this makes your eyes heavy and might work for someone with a tolerance lower than mine, it did not completely knock me out.THAT BEING SAID, I woke up the next day feeling so energized, my head was clear, and my body felt amazing. The positives of how this product makes you feel the next day outweighs the marginal issue of getting to a deep sleep stage. If you have an early morning ahead of you or a busy day, this is an excellent addition to your nightly routine. It also tastes AMAZING.

Has the artificial taste and is very filling right before bed. Gave me upset stomach a few times so I’d rather just take a pill. If you love artificial flavors, this is for you.

Product was shipped with a hole in the bag! Powder everywhere! This stuff is stupid-expensive, I need this for a hunting trip, and don’t have time to return it. So, let’s hope it has not been poisoned and works as promised. You all are witnesses if I never write another review...😵

Quality product, tastes great, my sleep is much better and i wake feeling much more rested! I it use in the mountains and at home.
