This includes the tire applicator.Using the Product:I haven't used it for applying tire dressing, and don't plan on doing so cause I don't want to have leftover tire dressing in my interior. I have another product that is essentially the same that will be used for the tire which I will use for applying tire dressing. I hope to use the information from the other product to help with this one as it will affect how I give a review on the product. To use it as a tire applicator, spray the tire dressing on the applicator and apply it on the tire, moving it back and forth to get even coverage. For other uses such as in the interior, just dust in areas that you need.I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it will work great as a tire applicator. As for interior usage, it is good, but the design favors more for tire application. It is somewhat difficult to get into the crevices of air vents just because it is not flat enough. The bristles are soft, but they don't move a lot, which I would assume is for tire dressing usage.
