I've bought this Udon noodle soup for years. It's flat out delicious! As is, or zhuzh it up to your liking, it's my go to for so many light dinners, winter or summer. Four minutes in the microwave and it's ready to go - can't ask for more!

Excellent
I can't believe that "soup in a bowl" can be this good. Just empty the packets, add water and enjoy. I microwave mine 1 minute longer than the instructions state so that they are not as firm. The flavor is excellent and the veggie and seafood packets complete the deal.
