It helps with all
This helps a great deal when I’m at home and I have one kneecap that is very painful due to torn ligaments. The right hip is due to no damage from sciatica so this really helps to stabilize both and let me move around the house.

Size is too big
I didn't like that it took so long to receive it and then the size is way too big. The Velcro needs to be adjustable for the back.
