So far this is great, easy to use app to upload special photos, quality is quite robust, value for money

Bought as a wedding gift that they said was a great present and said it looked good.They have not said they had a problem as of yet so guessing it is work well for them.

really good picture quality & i like the overall aesthetics of the frame.my only critism would be that it requires a wired power source to operate.would have been grand if it had a battery, so that it can be hung up on a wall / declutter wires

I initially lowered my expectations when I received this digital frame because it arrived in packaging that was a little cringe worthy with a "gift" type theme on it that just made it look cheap. The good news is that did not at all impact the contents of the package. Upon opening it, I was really impressed with the look of the frame and the overall build quality, there was nothing cheap looking here as I had thought with the packaging. Setup was also very smooth and quick. I have experience using other brands of internet connected frames but really wanted to use this one without those features enabled, so I did the initial setup without connecting to wifi or logging into anything and it worked perfectly. I was very happy to see that there is no requirement to connect or give out email addresses or log into anything to use the frame if that is not how you want to use it. Setting it up this way, I was able to very easily use an SD card in my desk drawer to load with the photos I wanted and plug it right into the frame which was able to run them directly off the card or import them to internal memory, the choice is yours. For the purpose of the review, I did try connecting it to wifi and using it that way which also seems to work without issue at the same level as other brands of frames I have used in the past.Although this digital frame comes at a more budget friendly price, there doesn't appear to be anything left out. The menu is very thorough with plenty of options to customize everything exactly as you want and it is all well organized making it very user friendly. It is also worth noting that the touch screen interface for interacting with the menu is quite responsive, there is no lag like I have seen with similar products. I will note that the color temperature of the screen appears to possibly be leaning a little to the blue color temps, but not significantly. It would be great to have a menu control to manually adjust the screen's color temperature, but I have not seen that on any frame I have used so far.My overall opinion of this digital frame is extremely positive. The build quality and features are up there with similar frames that I have used that come at nearly double the cost. When you combine the build quality, image quality and features with its price, it is really hard to beat this frame from a value perspective!

We like this digital frame. The uHale app is fairly easy to use for loading photos from a phone or tablet. One unexpected and appreciated feature of uHale is that it tags photos you have previously uploaded, helping to avoid duplicates. The rotating photos are a nice reminder of past travel and family gathrings. At $50 (as of 1 Dec 2024), this frame seems to be a good value.
