I highly recommend this electric scooter to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable way to get around. It's a fantastic value for the price.

The size is perfect, it is easy to install and looks good. The design is reasonable and user-friendly, with taillights, turn signals, headlights, and a bell. It can also be put into the car after being folded.

As for customer service 4 out of 5Please read below for product review1st scooter i bought was the cheapest of the 5th wheel scootersThe Battery did not hold a charge.Went from 1/2 charged to almost dead in under 5 city blocks (regular blocks not NYC blocks and flat terrain)* after leaving a poor review...I was contacted by the customer service team.The assessed the issue to be battery relatedThey told me they would replace the defective battery scooter with the Next model up.They sent a replacement scooter within a week !The replacement scooter, 1 model up holds a charge betterGoes faster (8mph vs 13 mph) still under advertised mileageNot sure that the range is as described

The build quality was nice, and it's good for the price. There were some issues I've faced, but customer service has been very prompt and respectful in solving them. They stand behind their product, and I appreciate that.

It does not have enough power or battery lifegot this scooter for myself but it does not go up hill, and once up the hill it does not get enough power to get to speed. The power sucks. Also you only get about 30 min riding this scooter. Please do not make my mistake of wasting your money on this sucky scooter

Ride is smooth, but only goes the advertised speed while going downhill, and the battery dies in about 30 minutesNot worth the money at allEDIT: After charging it again, it works better and the battery lasts wayyyyy longer, I go decent speeds considering, not the worst scooter ever, wish I could up the torque though.

Order & Receive in 7 days. One Plug-in Connector & Four Short Screws to secure Handle bar/Power control. Charge the Battery & Experience the Excitement.When I disconnected the charger, pushed the power button, it didn't even light up. So, 5TH WHEEL & I began exchanging information back and forth. I just wanted the Scooter 🛴 to power up and run. 5TH WHEEL was really trying to resolve the problem based on what I sent them. I was soon Frustrated, Disappointed and Done ! So, I Retrieved the Original shipping box Determined to send it back. Removed the Handle bar & was about to unplug that Connector And THERE'S THE PROBLEM 💥 HAIRLINE SEPARATION with the electrical Connector. Pushed Connector Tighter together and reassembled unit.Pushed the Power Button and The Display Lit Up Like A Christmas Tree🎉🪅Problem Resolved:5TH WHEEL's V20 Pro Scooter Can't Be Outdone. The Scooter is Built as Solid as The People behind it
