You do need to turn the nozzle to the off position when using the cloth side because the trigger can engage depending on how close you are to the mirror. Other than that, you can see from my video that it does a dang good job. I love that i don't need to find a separate cloth when cleaning the mirrors. I'm all for efficiency!!

Perhaps it’s me but didn’t work as well as I hoped it would.

I wish I could give this product no stars but if I did no one would notice it and possibly pass by this comment and complaint. This product gouged my (newer 2021) bathroom mirror to which I paid approximately $90.00 when I remodeled my bathroom. I am very very upset. I hope this company sees this review and makes right by it. Or Amazon. We spend so much money on this site yearly. Upwards of $5000.00 last year. The mirror has many scratches from this one time use on it a few minutes ago. We do not have money to replace it nor should we. I hope this company that is selling this junk looks at their product and modify it right away. And they need to do right n mitigate this damage. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. Spray bottle doesn’t work. Very disappointing. All other parts were fine and easy to attach, but spray bottle doesn’t work. I tried spraying over and over again. Nothing comes out from the spout.
