Definitely Works for Me
This is my second time purchasing this, and definitely not my last. I’m not going to overhype this stuff, but I personally get something out of it taken before lifting.I don’t necessarily FEEL anything physically from, other than just better during my workouts.First tub I used up, then waited a month to re-order to not get too used to taking it. First day on tub #2 and immediately noticed a difference intra-workout. Was able to get past some weight I had struggled on the past two weeks.This stuff may or may not be the same for you, but for me, it was apparent enough restarting this month. I also stick to the dosage suggestions and use it 3-4 days/week only.

Not effective
Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas, he took one scoop- did nothing. Gave it the benefit of the doubt, he then tried two scoops on another day and did not get the benefits he reaps from other brands. I tried it myself and although it tasted awesome, did not do a whole lot for me. Probably won’t purchase again. Still love the YouTube vids, though!

Pricey, but worth it.
My second purchase of Spazmatic. This product is the most bang for your buck for sports performance. I’m 58 years old and this stuff makes me feel like 30 when I ride my mountain bike. Check out Muriello’s promo vid on YouTube.
