Remote Control 16" Oscillating Wall Mounted Fan with Timer

Great wall fan, mounted on bedroom wall so that remote can be operated from the bed. Easy to put together and mount on the wall, about 30 minutes from unpacking to mounted and operational. The only downside is it has a short power lead so can't mount above head height if plugging into socket on skirting board without the use of an extension lead. However ideal if you have a high power point. I'm so impressed I'm buying a second one so would recommend this to anybody.

I bought this fan for my son last summer, but he didn't want it and rather than go through the hassle/expense of returning such a large box, I put it in a cupboard (still boxed up) . Yesterday (32C in the shade), I took it out to use it AND IT DOESN'T WORK! There are no instructions so it's hard to work out what might be the problem.Although I now find I am three and a half weeks out of the warrenty time, it IS in fact still brand new in the box....but the seller is not interested in helping or advising.Moral to this story...check it works as soon as you receive it.

Bought for the bedroom, it is quiet, powerful and has plenty of different settings - each shown on the base unit by a helpful bright red LED when in use. So that can mean 4 or 5 are lit at once, and you want a dark room to sleep in. Other than that, very happy so far.

Bought this during UK Heatwave for bedroom - fairly silent operation and remote works well and lots of features. Only knocked down a star because I made the rare mistake of reading the instructions which specify the wrong distance between mounting screws so I had to re-drill one hole.

Arrived in good time. Assembeld it and it didn't work. At all. Was refunded quickly. They even arranged collection for the broken fan.

Not a bad little unit, easy to mount with a handy remote control, could do with a bit more power though.
