OmronMY2 AC110/120 (S) (Pack of 2) General Purpose Relay, Standard Coil Polarity

I used this in my boiler/furnace. The plumber wanted to replace the entire control box for $800. I replaced this relays for under $40. No tool required.

I bought these relays to replace some generic relays I had in a project. The generic relays would get hot to the touch after about twenty minutes of being energized. Since my project required the relays to be energized continuously for days, I felt uncomfortable using them. I yanked those relays out and plugged in the Omron relays. I was totally amazed at the difference. The Omron relays are barely warm to the touch after long periods of being energized. Of course the Omron relays cost more, but the peace of mind knowing they are well built and reliable allows me to be confident in the product. The Omron relays are of commercial/ industrial quality.
