This breakout board works great. Paired with a 1200w PSU it does a great job of powering my cards. The 4 pin activation plug works just as it's supposed to and my 2nd standard PSU turns it on perfectly. The cables may not be pretty, but they work great.

This was huge for my mining rigs to help with getting me enough PCI pins for my bigger cards in each rig.

The only thing I don't like about this is that the price has crept up about ten bucks since I bought one three weeks ago. Otherwise, with an appropriate PSU, this is all you need to get a bunch of cards up and running in minutes.I love that I don't have to deal with wiring up a bunch of ATX power supplies for my miners, and the included cables are pretty decent quality. In fact, the 8-pin PCI-E ends are easier to deal with than what I'm used to from mid-range Corsair and Thermaltake ATX PSU's.

These are excellent breakout boards and have yet to have a DOA one, or one die on me yet *knocks on wood*However someone has got to tell me, what’s with the cycling light on the board when it’s running? Also would way more perfect the LED read out the wattage being pulled from the PSU, rather than the voltage behind delivered.

This board works great. Just press the small power button and it comes on. I have this powering 12 of my GPU cards for mining. I have this connected to the HP Common Slot Platinum 1200-Watt Power Supply Kit 656364-B21.

What can I say It works great, the on-board power button and volt meter is a real plus. Cables are good quality, and snug fits.
