Overall, the bike is a great deal. This is my first ebike and finding a full-sized tire bike with this size motor and high top speed at this price point was difficult. Especially from a company with a good reputation. There are some Pros and Cons though.The Cons:-While looking I did see some reviews talk about manufacturing issues like wheels that aren't true etc. Unfortunately, that was my experience, mine came with a fairly significant issue in the front fork (bends and misalignment) and the front wheel brake rotor was also not straight.-I wish it would have come with a thumb throttle instead of a twist one, I think previous models have come that way, but that is really a personal preference.- No ability to order extra battery keys, you need to get them cut at a locksmith as the big box hardware stores can't make copies.The Pros:-Customer service was awesome and very responsive, in less than a week I had brand new replacement parts and everything was corrected.-The bike had really good speed and power for this price point.-The display is bright and easy to read in all light so far.-So far the build quality seems top notch, it's sturdy and put together well and it looks nice.- The brakes work well for mechanical ones-The adjustable suspension on the front fork is really nice to have if you plan on taking this on unpaved trails.I can't speak to battery life as I haven't had it too long yet but I will update if I notice anything significant. Shipping was faster than originally provided which was good. The bike is a lot of fun and is exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to get your first ebike and are trying to keep it on a budget. The customer service is awesome and the quality for the price is great.

Great bike. However when my daughter & I put it together a small part that secures the middle of the wheel was not seen.I later found it in the box.She rode it and fell - road rash to her face, abdomen and hands/palms. Quite a fall.We have that part on currently & no other episodes of falling have occurred.Great bike.

Very nice bike. Assembly took about 15 min. Quick release wheel made putting it on very simple. Maybe watch video. Simply put tire on slide quick release threw tighten nut.

This is literally one of the best purchases I have ever made. I am very satisfied with the bike. It is awesome. I use it every day.The staff at hay Bike are also great people helped me out with the situation immediately. I am very satisfied if you’re looking for an E bike this is the right company and the right Bike I wouldn’t consider anyone else.

There's one part already bolted into the front assembly that has to be pulled out to assemble and nothing specifies that. For me directions were a little complicated but I WAS able to finish putting together under 2 hours. It was very easy to use and this was my first time buying or riding one and do not know anyone with one. I would say it's worth the buy and mine seems to stay at a steady 23 mph at top speed

Great first ebike for older adult. If you are over 5'9 you might want to order handle bar extension.. It as fun as my first dirt bike as a teenager.... So far I do love it but looking at the build its on the lower end... I'm greatful that it's on the market for people to try a ebike without spending over a thousand dollars.

Battery came completely dead and won't charge. Rest of it seems ok but now I'm screwed for getting to work
