Great solar panel monitor!
I bought this unit to monitor my wattage out put of my 5kw solar panel system.......... I had a very hard time finding one I really liked. Very simple install on the add its self. it shows you exactly how to do it! Clip the sensor around the hot wire of the circuit you want to monitor that's it. Now at a glance I can see what my panels are producing. It up dates every 10 seconds, highly recommend!

For use in China or single entrance wire.
For use in China. Novices will not know the difference. In USA we have two entrance wires and a ground. This meter has only one test lead. Two leads are required in the USA, for household current. This device would work to monitor a single power source like a single solar panel. The manual is written in broken English. It does not fit the product. The

Batteries required...
Works as advertised, nice device. NOTE: It requires 6x AA batteries, 3 for the transmitter and 3 for the receiver. Would be good information to have listed on the product details.Update: Been using this for a couple of weeks and love the unit. Works well and accurate (tested against my Kill A Watt P3 just to make sure.) Originally gave it a 4 star as I was a little disappointed after I got home from work late and couldn't play with it until the next day after picking up some batteries. But it's performing well and feel it deserves a 5 star rating.

This is Not a Solar Panel power monitor
I bought this product to test the output of Solar Panels. It does not do that. The word Solar should not even be used in the description of this product, it just monitors the amount of power your home uses. It would not matter if it's grid power, generator power or solar power (after inversion). It's the power that's used by your home and not the power generated by your panels. In that regard, it's fine. I have reached out to the manufacturer and he has responded admirably. So I give him 5 Stars for support, but he really need to describe the product accurately.
