Good while it lasts
I purchased two of these and mounted one above the other in my fiberglass walled shower. The top one has stayed in place so far (2 months or so). The lower one fell down, maybe with the help of one of my cats. I followed the pictographic instructions to try and remount the shelf, but the suction cups wouldn't even come close to sticking to the wall again . These shelves cost over $20, so I can't see buying another one that may fail in the same way. It would be nice if they sold replacement suction cups for a few bucks.

Took a while.....
Once I figured out how to install this product (thanks to other buyers because the seller sent no instructions), I really like it. Sturdy and holds the large shampoo bottles. Am anxious to see how long the suction holds and if the product rusts.

My fault
Would have worked fine except I had a little roughness to the tile that kept the suction from staying.

don't stick to the wall as advertised
I bought these items to help me in the shower as I am handicapped with little use of my left arm and so wanted everything handy for me. They worked great until one day I was bathing and the entire thing came crashing down. When I looked at it, all of the sticky stuff on the back had come completely off and one of the knobs was ready to come off. It barely missed my legs when it came down. In the reviews everyone said how well that they stuck to the wall, but apparently I must have gotten a defective one or they really don't stick that well to the wall. Needless to say, I am very upsewith the item and now need to find something else that will work.

Sticks, but listed dimensions wrong
I can't speak to the longevity of this product as I only recently got it. It did stick to the tiles in my shower, so that was a relief. I've tried a bunch of different things, but this is the first to really stick so far. My only issue with this product is the dimensions listed are wrong. I measured my shampoo and conditioner bottles prior to ordering to make sure they would fit comfortably. Both should fit easily with 1/2in to spare. I had to squeeze them in there, but made it work so it's still worth it at this point. I measured the actual product and the truer dimensions are 11.5" x 3" x 3". (so 1/2in smaller than what is listed)

I liked the first one so much I bought three of these to hold shampoo, soap, conditioner in my shower. At about 6 months the first one fell off the wall, followed shortly by the second a few weeks later. They come with a black sticky backing that you can stick to the wall first then add the suction cup over it. I think as the black sticky backing lost stickiness the suction cups by them selves had no hope of holding the shelf up by itself. I would not recommend buying until they come up with a way to replace the black sticky pads.

Fortunately, the Q and A found here (Amazon
I bought the basket instead of the caddy as I thought my shampoo bottles would be more secure. I use the big bottles of Biolage (2 bottles) and they fit with a little bit of a push. I just attached the unit a few minutes ago and it seems to adhere well, even when I "tugged" on it; HOWEVER, the only instructions that came with the package were in Chinese and the "pictures" were difficult to decipher. Fortunately, the Q and A found here (Amazon, above) clearly explained what needed to be done. I would give 5 stars, but didn't care for the inconvenience of having to find mounting instructions.

I have installed it twice and it fell down twice. I am going to try it again. I think I may have turned the the suction cups past the point were I should have stopped. I did not realize that I had done that. So it did stay up awhile both times. The third time may be a charm. I did have a more costly one from a box store that stayed up for quite awhile, but when it fell it broke apart. I have a small lighter one that has been up for years
