Ideal pitta pockets - already perfectly split open and ready to fill. We only tried these because my partner has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and we have been opting for wholemeal breads etc.Realy moist inside but not soggy at all, there is no need to toast them, merely a minute in a microwave and they taste great - something that can never be said of regular pitta breads.Health benefits aside, we will never be going back to regular pitta breads, wholemeal or otherwise.
