It works really well in preventing your hernia moving back out. It quite comfortable once you get use to the feel even in warm weather.

This is amazing and has really helped contain my pain pending surgery.

Had to admit I was sceptical at first, but made my decision to buy based on the fact that my condition was deteriorating and that I had to try or do something to be able to go about my everyday business. The difference was immediately apparent - for the better. It is not the easiest thing in the world to put on for the first time, neither is it unobtrusive, but the main thing is that it appears to work. I have decided to use it for when I'm training or active and look for something more practical (if such a thing exists) for everyday use.

I’m on the waiting list for my hernia op (second time for me)!! NHS said should be able to do it sometime in the next 325 years so in the mean time need some help! It’s been manageable up till now but last week or so it’s so painful! Bought this 3 days ago and feel like I’ve won the lotto tbh!! Comfy enough to wear and completely pushes it back in and keeps the pain away while wearing!! Genius!!

Straps and cushion ball is Very bulky so not comfortable to wear during day under clothes. Does not also help with inguinal hernia relief as belt moves and does not stay on place due to it being very bulky. May be more suitable for stomach hernia

Not bed

I was diagnosed with a hernia about 3 weeks ago & have been suffering since. I haven't been able to do any of the things I normally do, like walk my dog more than a 200 or 300 meters without the pain becoming unbearable. Working was a test of my stamina & will power to suffer through to the end of my shift. Then I order this belt. The moment I put it on & had it properly adjusted, the pain seemed to fade into the background & I could actually start doing things again. I will admit that the item looks like it couldn't do anything but maybe cause more discomfort. I was incredibly hesitant to order it & try it. But I am definitely a believer! I was totally blown away by just how much it helped. You do have to play around to find the right adjustment. And, the velcro could probably be reversed so that the rough hook part is facing out, rather than toward the body, but I say again, once you get it adjusted, the effect is amazing! Thank you for the amazing product! And it sounds corny to say, but thank you for giving me my life back, while I await surgery.
