This is a revision of my original review after about three weeks of usage. Although these briefs initially worked well, it became apparent that they lose effectiveness after just a few washings. i've had several incidents when the briefs leaked quite badly, and not after absorbing a large amount of urine. This was after normal activity, like slow walking or merely sitting down at a movie or dinner. Luckily, I was wearing dark pants and the leakage was not embarrassing. But I'm disappointed. I now have to wear a regular incontinence pad in side these briefs to ensure that they don't leak, which seems rather crazy. Can't say I'll buy these again.

Husband just had prostate cancer surgery. Urinary incontinence is expected as a temporary result, so we bought these to help him during his rehab. Right now, he's just a month post op and incontinence is still pretty heavy so he's wearing these over full "Depends" underwear as extra protection. He's 5'11", 170lbs with athletic thighs and wears a 34" pant. The M fits him great wearing over full Depends underwear and wearing it alone as well. There have been a couple times that leaks would have caused an embarrassing accident, but this caught the leak until he could change out the depends. They're high quality, super soft, very comfortable and actually look like "normal" boxer briefs, so they'll be great down the road when he's able to just wear these alone. In the meantime, when he gets undressed in the gym locker room, they also act to hide the obvious paper/depends underwear so it just looks like he's wearing "normal" underwear. We initially bought just one order of these b/c we didn't know how well they'd work. With only 3 in the order, we've been hand washing these, ringing them out while rolled up in a towel then hanging them in the shower to dry. They usually dry overnight and keep their shape and softness, but on the few occasions they were still damp the next morning, they came out of the dryer just fine too. So far, we haven't machine washed them so can't speak to how they hold up being washed that way. Hubby has confirmed he's very happy with these and we've just placed another 2 orders. * * update 3 months post op: Hubby has progressed to the point of not needing to wear full Depends anymore, but is still not quite ready to transition to just these boxers alone. He's started wearing just a very thin pad, but adhering the pad in this just in case. So far so good, but should there be a time that the pad falls short, these will be the safety net he needs.

I bought these incontinence underwear for my sick uncle, and they have been very helpful. They are soft, comfortable, and easy to use. He feels more secure and confident wearing them. The fit is good and they do not leak. A great product that really helps in daily life.

I bought these for my dad, he says they are soft and comfortable. The waistband is a little stiff- hopping with more washings it’ll soften up. They are absorbent and fit well. It’s a great eco-friendly alternative to disposables or synthetics for mild urinary incontinence, helping to prevent rashes that are common with those other products.

Very comfortable and discreet. They look like regular underwear, absorb well even heavy flow, and don't leak. Easy to wash and good quality. Recommended.

Does not stop leaks

Comfortable like normal underwear, and leakproof, however when you do get leakage, the odor is significant even after 4 washings. The odor is not urine but what it mixes with. Good quality and appears well made except for the odor.

It handles very little liquid and leaks through the front like regular underwear. Changing them requires taking off shoes and pants easier to use tabbed depends. Maybe a pair of these with depends over top. May save changing a diaper a little less frequently. Doesn't leaking through the front of yeswel defeat whole purpose?

The second order wasn't as good as the all black.

It’s about time that someone made these! Put them on and next day all good. If they work out I’m getting more pairs! Now let’s see after the first wash. Great product
