Great quality; vibration is powerful, the top where you stand is spiked, uncomfortable on your bare feet, but if you move your feet to the edges it is more comfortable and the vibration is also stronger. It has manual settings as well as automatic, I love it . It comes with bands but I haven’t used them , I gave it 4 stars because of the spiked base, other than that it’s great !!

What a gorgeous vibration machine! It features various intensity and exercise levels that help activate the legs, glutes, and abs. It comes with an easy-to-use remote control and also includes resistance bands for strengthening the arms. It is quiet and perfect for home use. It is an excellent option for complementing an exercise routine and helps tremendously with my leg pain.

Straight out of the box, the only assembly I had to do was connect the power cord and attach the straps. Solid! It is quite heavy but not impossible to lift. I've been using it quite often throughout the day since I got it and it has been a treat! Quiet motor and even though I'm on the lowest setting, I still am feeling the effects from it. Mostly relaxation, but it also has acupressure points for added benefits. I feel my hips are out of alignment and this has been helpful between chiropractic adjustments to keep me balanced. Also, it really helps relax muscles that are tough to massage myself! A complaint is that if I were to do planks on it, I have to use a towel because the acupressure points are not hand friendly. Another complaint is that when I'm sitting on it, the touch screen is quite sensitive so it turns off occasionally. Our remote came unusable so we called customer service. They gave us an option to have a discount for the remotes price so we chose that. The plate is completely functional without it.

I’ve been wanting one of these after seeing sooo many influencers talk about how good it is for the lymphatic system. I honestly can’t get enough of this machine, my muscles feel so much less tense, and I feel so good afterwards. I try to get 3 sessions of 5 minutes a day. My kids also can’t get enough of it haha. The settings go up to 999 which is nuts. Great product and great purchase for us.

Sie ist trotz der starken Vibrationen überraschend leise, sodass man nebenbei problemlos fernsehen kann. Auch die Tragkraft von 150 kg merkt man der robusten Verarbeitung an – hier wackelt nichts ungewollt. Die Durchblutung wird super angeregt und es entspannt total. Das Display ist übersichtlich und die Handhabung selbsterklärend. Die Gummioberfläche ist rutschfest, sodass man auch ohne Schuhe einen sicheren Stand hat. Die Fernbedienung ist während des Trainings super praktisch, damit man sich nicht ständig bücken muss. Das Gerät lässt sich nach dem Training auch leicht unter dem Sofa oder im Schrank verstauen, da es nicht zu klobig ist. Die Kombination aus den Vibrationen und den Fitnessbändern gibt ein super Ganzkörpertraining ab. Einfach super 5 Sterne.
