Natural Spa Factory Double Up Fig & Vanilla - Shampoo & Conditioner (500ml)

I was really happy with this product. I have very thick, curly, coloured hair so I need good products.These worked a treat!!! And they smell lovely.I've knocked 1 star off as for the size of the bottles I think they are expensive. I would buy them again at a cheaper price.

Amazing smell, great hand wash. Gets a 4 instead of a 5 for the price but otherwise love the stuff.

This worked although I didn’t like the smell so probably wouldn’t get it again. That’s just my personal preference though so don’t be put off if you’re curious.

Used these products at my local spa.......found them and just had to order. Great for softening skin and smells gorgeous. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

Smells amazing and lotion doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feeling

The conditioner is lovely, but the shampoo had the consistency of water and didn't really create a lather even after several pumps. I have used different branded natural shampoos before and realise that they don't lather to the same extent as normal high street shampoos, but this didn't seem to lather at all and my hair never felt clean after using it. I contacted the company by email to ask them if it was faulty or if I was using it wrong, but it has been almost a week now and they have not emailed me back. Therefore, I decided to write this review and give 1 star, not only for the poor product, but also lack of customer service.
