They Taste YUMMY, but how many carbs do they have?
These are yummy! Delicious. The Japanese person who explained about them needs better english writing skill because the description is funny, but senseless.I just don't know how many carbs are in each back of them. I wrote a question about the carb count to the "community". We'll see if it gets answered and if it makes snese. The bags are small. The cookies are the size of vanilla wafers. I didn't count them but I'd guess about 10 per little bag. I do not know if the calorie (kcals) are for one cookie or for the whole bag. Anywho, I got them after looking up OKARA and hearing it is a low carb food. If I don't gain weight I'll buy them a gain. I think. So far, so good.
