Principle is good, some pigeons ignore it, value for money, ?, looks great in garden, instructions easy to follow, sturdy to put in garden,

The heron currently sits on the summerhouse roof where we have installed it . So not quite dettering it . But as I say sunshine bouncing off it in the summer might give better result

I like pidgeons, they saved us during the war. I like them far more than seagulls unfortunately, i don't enjoy coo'ing when it's right up against my window.Mean, i know.. a happy pidgeon gets told to sod off but i need my sleep.This device has fixed that, they coo away as normal but away from direct contact with my pane.This is obviously more effective when there's a wind blowing but even stationary, they're not fond of its company.Onto the quality, the build quality is really basic and the little orange seperator, seperates too much, when used the cap can't hook its thread properly and won't screw on.Unless it's only meant to be used with the 'giveaway', eitherway i just screwed the cap on so there's a little give and a gap where the thread can be seen but it doesn't rust so that's fine.The price, £20 is a little steep in my opinion, the mark down is a combination of price and the design flaw, this is a very 4 star product and if u can afford to throw money at it, go for it.

This Flyonte bird deterrent is effective. Simple to assemble and install, instructions are provided. Most of it is plastic so no rusting, whilst the main stem is metal. Simple buy effective probably sums it up.
