6 miles all up hill in 4' of snow
Well not really. There is no snow here but sometimes, it feels like it could.I purchased this product so I could find out what the elevations are when I do my outdoor walk which, as it turns out is 800 -1075' above sea level.Having all of the other information is a bonus.It was incredibly easy to set up. I didn't think that spin 12 times ting was going to work but it didThe temperature reading seems t be spot onThe altimeter agrees with my apple watch for the elevation of my homeI'm happy with the product for the price I paid and it's accuracy for what I need it to do

Small but quite accurate
For the price of this instrument, it is a good buy. It is compact and very clear to read; the information is easily observed and adjusting functions is no hassle. One does have to adjust the altimeter quite often to keep it up to date, and in setting the clock, the attention to adjusting the time being am or pm is important for correct readings. Very good buy!

The screen is too small and blue backlight makes it even harder to see. Also backlight only stays on a few seconds. Dont like it.

This is pretty cool multitool, I love the digital compass and altimeter, definitely will be used someday

I really want to like this budget tool.
This tiny budget tool seems a little too good to be true. Digital compass, altimeter, barometer and thermometer. Its nice with a price point of around twenty bucks. My only real issue is will be survive being wet or rained on? Its small, light, and has a nice lanyard. I was able to setup the compass without reading the instructions. It took me a few minutes to figure out the date and time. I then figured out changing the settings to feet (altimeter) and fahrenheit for the thermometer. Think my big issue is that this device takes two AAA batteries and you can tell from the battery compartment this device isn't waterproof so that might limit your outdoor adventuring with this tool. I like it and want to use it camping. I'm rating it a three out of five stars, because it will likely going in to a zip lock bag in the top of my rucksack with no batteries in it until I need it.
